Parent BBQ roster. Check your night before you arrive.
Setting up for Service
- Slice tomatoes, napkin bread slices, unfold buns, separate cheese slices
- Prepare service area — bain marie plugged in, sauces out, POS hooked up to WiFi
- Be ready for service at 5:30 – 6:30
- At 6:20 start to plate up remaining food and complete the final clean down ready to walk out by 6:30.
- Please ensure the room is left tidy and the cupboard looks like the image.
